Sarvana Naithukada Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Sarvana Naithukada, we are committed to delivering quality products on time and in excellent condition. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery policies for both domestic and international orders.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Shipping Charges: Free of Cost for all customers choosing the “Free Shipping” option at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 1 to 10 days, depending on the location of the Pincode provided by the customer.
    • Minimum Delivery Time: 2 days.
    • Maximum Delivery Time: 10 days.
  • Premium Shipping Options:
    • Express Shipping: ₹380.
    • Standard Shipping: ₹90.
  • Deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday (9 AM to 7 PM). Public holidays and Sundays are excluded.
  • Factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen delays may affect delivery timelines.

International Shipping (Outside India)

  • Shipping Charges: Applicable as per the checkout page.
  • Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 4 to 15 days, depending on the country or region.
    • Minimum Delivery Time: 4 days.
    • Maximum Delivery Time: 15 days.
  • Customs Duty/Import Tax/GST:
    • These charges must be borne by the customer and are levied by the government of the receiving country.
    • The exact amount can be checked with DHL based on the invoice value.
  • Note: Any delays caused by customs clearance will not be considered within the standard delivery time frame.

Courier Partners

To ensure timely and secure delivery, we work with reliable courier partners who handle complete transit insurance for the packages.

  • Domestic Shipping: Speed Post by India Post, DTDC.
  • International Shipping: DHL, FedEx, Aramex.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the status of your order until it is delivered.

Issues with Delivery or Package

If there are any concerns with your delivery or package, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

Fair Usage Policy

At Sarvana Naithukada, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, accounts that misuse our policies (frequent returns, cancellations, or refusals of delivery) disrupt our ability to serve other customers.

  • Customers found misusing our return policy may be restricted from using the COD option or availing free shipment for future orders.
